The history
In 1992 the Paraguayan state needed to interconnect its institutions. TEISA built that metropolitan fiber-optic network. It's still running.
Since then the network hasn't stopped growing.
Today
The network reaches more than 45 cities, with over 5,000 IP presence points.

Leadership
TEISA is a family company. The Egüez family leads it, alongside an executive team with decades in telecommunications and finance.

Galo Egüez
President
He was an IBM manager and installed the country's first computer, when a computer filled an entire room. Today he is chairman of TEISA's board.

Jaime Egüez
Vice President and CEO
He founded TEISA and has led it ever since. In 1992 he directed the construction of the state's fiber network.

Gustavo Egüez
Director of Operations and Business
He was CEO of Xerox Paraguay. Today he is president of the Paraguayan Chamber of Advertisers (CAP).

Cynthia Egüez
Director of Human Capital and CSR
Degree in psychology, with a clinical and organizational focus. Specialist in talent development.

Diego Roa Lafarja
Chief Commercial Officer
Lawyer with a master's in business administration. He has led the commercial area for more than seven years.

Richard Navarro Medina
Chief Technology & Innovation Officer
Electronic engineer with 26 years at telecom operators. He led fiber-optic, HFC, and copper network rollouts.

Luis Martínez
Chief Financial Officer
Certified public accountant with 27 years in finance. Before TEISA he spent 25 at a telecommunications corporation.
